Ingredients:  jojoba oil, hempseed oil, shea butter, emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, preservative, Vitamin E, white sugar, vanilla fragrance, poppy seeds and mica powder

How to use:  Scoop out a small amount, gently massage into the skin, focusing on the rough areas like elbows, knees and heels.  wash off the scrub with warm water and pat dry.  Follow up with your favourite moisturiser or lotion
