
Order Minimums & Bulk Orders
Our minimum order amount is $20 (excluding postage). For wholesale or bulk orders over $300, please refer to our separate Bulk Order Terms & Conditions Policy.
All orders are handmade and processed in the order they are received.
Order Processing & Back Orders
If an item is out of stock, your order may go into back-order status. Please allow 7–14 business days (excluding public holidays) for back-order fulfilment. Once an order is submitted through our website, it cannot be changed or cancelled. All sales are final.
Pre-Order Items
From time to time, Fizz & Bubbles may offer products as pre-order items. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Pre-order items are made to order and require additional processing time.
Estimated timeframes are provided on the product listing, but these may vary depending on factors such as ingredient supply, production schedules, and demand.
Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of ordering.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is completed.
Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once submitted, as materials are ordered and production begins specifically for your item.
Delays caused by postal/courier services are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Shipping & Postage (Australia Only)
Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via a selected courier or Australia Post.
Australia Post orders are dispatched on Thursdays.
Express Post is available; however, delivery times can vary depending on destination. Some express deliveries may take 3–4 business days.
Local pickup (Elizabeth North, SA) is available. If your postcode isn’t accepted during checkout, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your order has been handed over to the courier or postal carrier, Fizz & Bubbles is not liable for parcels that are lost, delayed, damaged, or returned.
A tracking number will be provided for all parcels.
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact sales@fizzandbubbles.com.au so we can assist by lodging an inquiry with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
All Fizz & Bubbles products are handmade, and most are hygiene-sensitive items. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
Handmade Product Notice
Each product is handmade, and natural variations in colour, texture, or scent strength are normal.
These natural variations do not qualify as faults or defects.
When a Refund or Replacement May Be Considered
A refund or replacement will only be considered if:
The product arrives damaged in transit, and
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos of the damage.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for the following:
Change of mind
Colour or scent variations (normal for handmade items)
Parcels delayed or mishandled by postal/courier services
Allergic reactions (full ingredient lists are provided; customers must check suitability)
Incorrect storage by the customer (e.g., melting, exposure to heat, water damage)
Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved:
The product must be unused and in its original condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected
Order Cancellation Policy
Retail orders cancelled by the customer will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Bulk orders follow the cancellation terms outlined in the Bulk Order Policy.
Payments
We accept: Direct Deposit, PayPal, Pay in 4, WizPay, AfterPay, Square, Klarna, and ZipPay.
Product Images & Pricing
Product images aim to represent items as accurately as possible, but colours may vary due to lighting or screen settings.
All prices, promotions, and offers on fizzandbubbles.com.au may change without notice.
