Wholesale Orders – Minimum Spend
Wholesale orders require a minimum spend of $300 (excluding postage).

All wholesale orders are charged at retail pricing with a 20% wholesale discount applied.
Once your order meets the minimum spend, we will provide you with a 20% discount code to use at checkout.

Wholesale Order Requirements
When placing a wholesale order, please include your required by date in the notes section at checkout.

We offer both labelled and white label options.
If you choose to use your own labels, an additional $50 fee per order will apply.

Before Placing a Wholesale Order

Please contact us at sales@fizzandbubbles.com.au before placing your wholesale order.  This allows us to confirm ingredient and packaging availability.

If additional stock needs to be ordered, this may affect turnaround times.
As we are a small boutique business, please allow up to 5 business days for wholesale order preparation.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Once a wholesale order has been submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
All wholesale sales are final.
Any changes requested after submission will need to be placed as a new order.

Quality Notice
All wholesale orders are made fresh to order to ensure the highest quality.

Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If anything arrives damaged, please email sales@fizzandbubbles.com.au within 5 days of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

Invoice Payment Timeframes
If you ask to pay via PayPal invoice, it must be paid within the timeframe stated on the invoice. 
If not paid by the deadline, the order will be cancelled.

Invoice Orders Cannot Be Changed
Once payment is made through PayPal or the order is submitted on the website:

It cannot be changed

It cannot be cancelled

All sales are final

Any requested changes will be treated as a new order.

Damage Reporting
If you paid via PayPal invoice, and your order arrives damaged, please email:
