Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are higher than domestic (Australian) postage. All international orders are sent with tracking.
Customs duties, GST/VAT, import taxes, and processing fees are not included in the product or shipping price and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs processing. Delays caused by customs inspections or biosecurity checks are outside our control.
Fizz & Bubbles is not liable for parcels that are delayed, held, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that cosmetic and body products are permitted for import into their country.
We do not offer refunds for international postage costs if a parcel is returned, delayed, rejected, or destroyed due to customs restrictions or unpaid fees.
New Zealand Orders
Low-value orders sent to New Zealand (generally under NZ$1,000) typically clear customs without additional charges; however, all customs assessments are determined by New Zealand authorities and are outside our control.
No free gifts are included in New Zealand orders.
Indonesia Orders
Orders shipped to Indonesia are subject to strict customs and cosmetic import regulations. Clearance is not guaranteed, and parcels may be delayed, rejected, or destroyed by customs authorities.
Import fees, taxes, and handling charges are commonly applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
No free gifts are included in Indonesia orders.
