This can be used wet or dry.  Use an angled brush for a thick dramatic liner or any other mall eyeliner  brush for just a hint of colour

To apply wet:  Dampen your brush with some water, then dip the brush into some loose powder, blending on the back of your hand before applying

To apply dry: Use short, overlapping brush strokes, starting in the inner corner of your eyelid and working towards the outer corner

Ingredients:  sericite, zinc oxide, kaolin clay, magnesium stearate, blue & violet ultramarine
